Return Window

Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can make things right.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Several items from our shop are shipped from different suppliers, to ensure the best quality for each individual product. Certain suppliers may have different return/refund policies.

Important Note

We currently work with a small network of trusted suppliers to source pieces that align with our vision. Because of this, some items may ship separately and delivery times can vary. Your order will arrive in minimal, low-waste packaging as part of our effort to reduce excess materials.
